經過一年來數十次的聯繫，台灣聽力語言學會很高興要告訴大家，我們將邀請美國知名癌症中心MD Anderson Cancer Center的語言治療師Brad Smith (CCC-SLP, CLT)來台教授頭頸部腫瘤之淋巴引流處置。Brad Smith先生有20年以上的語言治療臨床經歷，並於2006年成為淋巴引流治療師(certified lymphedema therapist, CLT)，其專長即為頭頸部腫瘤患者之評估與治療(吞嚥、言語、淋巴引流)，並主導MD Anderson Cancer Center頭頸部腫瘤淋巴計畫(Head and Neck Lymphedema Program)。Smith先生同時也是美國Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy課程中，教授頭頸部區域淋巴引流技術的講師，每年都會開設數堂頭頸部腫瘤患者淋巴引流課程，在全美各地及國際間進行講課。在Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy課程中，需完成135小時的基礎淋巴引流課程拿到認證後，才能上20小時的頭頸部淋巴引流進階課程。此次特別商請Smith先生設計以台灣語言治療師為主的頭頸部淋巴引流課程，規劃兩天的基礎訓練課程(lecture)及一天實際操作課程(hand-on class)，協助語言治療師在臨床上執行淋巴引流治療，提升照護頭頸部腫瘤患者之品質。
語言治療師及其他對此主題有興趣的醫療專業人員能透過基礎訓練課程深入瞭解淋巴水腫之成因、淋巴水腫之評估與處置與淋巴引流治療等相關概念；參與實際操作課程的學員則能在Smith先生的指導下，學習如何執行淋巴引流技術。課程完成後，將發給課程完成證明(註：非CLT淋巴引流認證)。

1.課程費用：台灣聽力語言學會會員- 5000元 。
非會員- 8000元。
2.報名順序: 8/31前開放台灣聽力語言學會會員報名，優先錄取順序為現職臨床語言治療師
(報名時需附上執業執照證明)，其次為語言治療系所之學生會員(需附上學生證
影本)。
若有多餘名額，將於9/1開放給非會員之現職臨床語言治療師(報名時需附上執
業執照證明)，若仍再有多餘名額，開放給執登之語言治療師、語言治療相關系
所老師及其他專業人員。
3.需全時完成10/21~22(五~六)基礎訓練課程，否則將無法參加10/23(日)實際操作課程。若
因未完成基礎訓練課程而無法參加實際操作課程者不辦理退費。
4.報名實際操作課程的學員請先繳清基礎訓練課程費用，或同時繳交基礎課程及實際操作課程
費用。
將於9月30日以後通知候補上的名額。
五、報名方式: 請至「研習活動」(http://www.slh.org.tw)線上填妥報名表後，系統將出現一組繳款虛
擬帳號，請於2天內繳費完成(不接受劃撥繳費) ，超過期限未繳費者，將刪除資料，
請再重新報名。
★作業考量，已受理報名者恕不接受辦理退費。
★繳費後才算報名成功。
＊會員若尚未繳交當年度會費，則當次研習以非會員收費標準收費。
六、學分認證：屬語言專業課程，積分申請中。
七、說明：1.尊重演講者，研習學員請勿自行錄影、錄音。
2.研討會當天，為了環保，請自備環保杯。
3.演講廳內禁止飲食。
